Subject: RE: Steering WheelThanks for the update. I have looked at the Nardi Classico. It is more attractive in my opinion and the design is more in keeping with the CS than the Momo. It is also quite a bit more money as you correctly point out.

Subject: RE: Steering WheelI just talked with Carl at CNPR (bimmerdoc.com) and he says that the Momo Grand Prix is darker than the dash wood on a coupe. That's hard to imagine from looking at the pictures on the web site ... He said even the Nardi wheel is a bit darker.
I found Nardi wheels at http://www.sportscar-parts.com/steerw.html They are neat looking also, but the cheapest one is $310+$90 for the hub.
They also have the Momo Grand Prix for $20 more than CNPR is charging this month.
cheers,
bruce

I have seen the wheels, and I prefer the wood one as well. I would be very interested in hearing from you after you speak with just BMW about the matching and appearance. Marilyn is suggesting a wheel called Nardi as well.

Subject: RE: Steering WheelHave you seen the December specials page at www.bimmerdoc.com? They have Momo steering wheels - I'm leaning towards the wood rimmed one provided the wood somewhat matches the dash wood (I'm going to call them about this).
cheers,
bruce

Subject: Steering WheelDoes anyone have any thoughts on what might be the nicest after-market steering wheel for the CS. I find the original a little too large and would appreciate comments on what fits and looks good.
Thank you
