[BMWCSRegistry] Best way to let a 3.0cs take a snooze

The clock draws absolutely no power.  The clock in my parts car ran  for over 
two years after the last, failed, attempt to start it.  Very  weird to hear 
that click in the middle of winter, as the clock wound  yet again...
