<div>Seen that before. My 1975 CSi (Italian) had the plastic
plugs but not aligned with the window gear so one had to unclip the
bottom of the panel and fish around upward in the dark. Use
care, since that cardboard/vinyl panel is likely to tear or break
up.</div>

<div>Prowl the bone yards and find a plug with or without a decent
panel. Then extreme skill with an X-Acto (or scalpel if a surgeon) is
needed to make a circle to receive the plug in the panel.</div>
